The Beezantium explores the intricate connections between bees, the land and us humans.
Nestled in the woodland surrounded by a specially planted Apiary, it houses a selection of our wild bee colonies in observation hives, as well as interactive discoveries about the bees’ life cycle, their environment and the fascinating history of beekeeping.
Commissioned by exhibition design company Kossmanndejong, Amsterdam (NL) I joined the design team, to visualise the life cycle and habitat of bees.
Motion designer Bas Mooij made them come alive.
